(0:00) everything you need for your off-road adventure today we're talking tools coolers spare parts everything we bring on our ride every ride we go everywhere we go so that we make it home in one piece
(0:12) [Music] hey everybody Nick Olsen Chupacab Off-Road it's been a while we made a video like this almost six years ago why not revisit it and tell you what we've kind of learned uh you guys might have seen on the YouTube channel over the experiences different cars we've learned what we bring to optimize our experience when we're off-roading everything from what snacks we take of course spare parts and whatnot
(0:42) you guys can see right over here I'm pointing to it this is my Razor and all of this fits in the storage box for storage box we use the Mac Designs made in America beautiful piece of kit here aluminum and if you want to learn more about it we'll post a link here in the description and here's a photo of it but it's rad it's got a lot of space and even has room for my spare tire as you guys can see so what I did to start off the video for part one we'll talk about what is in here
(1:08) part two I want to kind of give you some feedback on some of the tools that I've used different brands what we've learned uh maybe do a little bit of a tool review and then part three we'll talk about some of the coolers as well as tow ropes other things that we've learned upgraded over the years and um you know give you a little bit more of an insight of kind of what I've learned by buying some more expensive tools cheaper tools all that type of stuff and what I think works best what I've experienced with myself and other buddies when when troubles happen and you need to figure out what's going on
...
(18:30) that new setup coming that doesn't leak so to put a bow on this thing couple things that aren't in this video that are in my door bags i always have sunblock with me and I always finally now got smart and started carrying some wet wipes it's so nice after a long day of duting or being in the dust to just wipe your face off your kids' face your hands all that type of thing so let me know comment below what am I missing
(18:58) over the years of all these experiences you know the the X3 that I owned was really reliable i don't think we hardly turned a wrench on it on the trail the speed we were turning wrenches constantly for the speed there was a particular special size Allen key to help remove the rear axle something that we carried um the Pro R does have the little belt tool that's already clipped into the belt box area so that's nice something I like that you don't have to carry it extra or worry about losing it so let me know if there's any vehicle specific tools that you guys carry
(19:28) anything else that you might carry out on the trail that uh helps you get by i've seen some friends they carry a tarp when they're up in northern Arizona and a rainstorm rolls in out of nowhere then they cover themselves up for 15 minutes and they keep on so that's pretty cool uh so cool stuff guys all about being a little bit more comfortable right and have everything you need so those adventures don't turn into all day or hopefully not overnight experiences so hope you guys like the content if you like what you're seeing here please consider liking and subscribing we got a whole lot more coming your way
