Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders, along with important information regarding shipping times, costs, tracking, and liability.
1. Order Processing
- Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS depending on destination, package weight, and order value.

- International Shipping (Canada)
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
3. Shipping Times and Estimates
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days for standard shipping after processing. Expedited options are faster.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs processing. International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $149. (Exclusions apply)
- All shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
5. Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
- We recommend checking your tracking information regularly.
6. Delivery and Liability for Stolen and Damaged Packages
- Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is subsequently stolen from your porch, mailbox, or delivery location, you are fully liable. We strongly advise providing a secure delivery address. (A Signature may be required for orders valued more than $500)
- Damaged Packages: Claims for visible damage must be made directly to Chupacabra Offroad for damage claim submission.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
8. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs authorities.
- Some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
